"new file shares "

Share permissions or directory/file permissions. If it's share permissions
you're looking in the wrong place.

i have been getting ready to move my shared files from a w2k server to
w2003
using the File Server Migration Toolkit (FSMT). every thing works well in
my
test moves except the new file shares are read only and i can not change
it.
i have tried using the "properties" feature and the command line "attrib"
feature.
