Dear Daniel,
Thank you for your response.
I am only trying to backup a 66kb file located in "my documents". I will
detail below the sequence that I take.
Backup or Restore Wizard
Run in Wizard mode
Backup Files.....
Let me choose....
Destination - have tried floppy, desktop, my docs, another hard drive
Completing the....
Click finish and within 1-2 seconds the backup status shows failed with a
report similar to my original post.
