Wrong place I know, show mercy

I'm an American working as an unpaid teacher in Kananga in the DR Congo.
Their independent election committee came to me yesterday to see if I could
teach 400 people to type in two weeks to operate their voter registration
computers when they arrive. No rush. I have at my disposal 4 computers, all
qwerty, and two are operating on '98. I've written the teaching program in
french and need to convert all of the keyboards to azerty but since the
computers were donated who knows when I have no '98 discs to insert to change
the language. Any of you really smart people able to help with a file or
trick? I've searched for an hour and no luck, the cyber cafe closes shortly
and I resume teaching in the morning and I can't keep searching. Look at it
this way, you'd be helping create a new democracy.
