Read the following MS TechNet KB "You cannot delete a file or a folder on an
NTFS file system volume" found at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;308421&sd=tech . This
explains steps for removing files that contain either reserved or illegal
characters.
