Moving hidden and/or system folders?

Hi,
I'm using WinXP Home and I've accidentally moved the "Windows\PIF" folder to
the "Windows\Prefetch" folder! I realized my error straight away and hit the
"Undo" button but nothing happened. I tried moving the folder back manually
but I get an "Error Copying File or Folder" message that says " Cannot create
or replace PIF: Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or
write-protected and that the file is not currently in use."
The folder moved fine in the first place, even though it was by accident, so
why won't it move back? Is there a way to correct my mistake? Any help and/or
advice would be greatly appreciated.
.
