Minor Inconsistencies on the drive

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Below is the log copied from Event Viewer after running CHKDSK on start up.
These "minor inconsistencies" are a recuring problem with no known cause that
I can detect. Any help you can give to figure out what causes this problem
and how to correct it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
