Linux as MS-Share Client - sbmclient, smbmount, samba

hi,
I got a problem, when a Linux Client tries to mount a "Windwos 2003 Server"
share.

the problem only comes up, when der 2003 server is as ADS Domain Controller.
all Standalone/ or Membersservers can be mounted from an liunx client.

Error on client:
selx04:/usr/local/awstats/wwwroot/logs # mount -t smbfs -o
username=cmse\xboh //sels04/log log2
cli_negprot: SMB signing is mandatory and we have disabled it.
11873: protocol negotiation failed
SMB connection failed
