Migrate shared folders to a new volume

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Hi,

We've a server who will be decommissioned soon.
On one of the volumes there are about 250 shared folders with specific
shared folder and ntfs permissions.
Is there a way to migrate all these folders with their shared folder and
ntfs permissions to another server?
Are there any scripts that can help me?

Thanks!
.
