Do you have any other odd behavior? Like IE acting strange?
Any recent updates or sofware changes?

Just from this info, it could be some malware. I would suggest a virus scan
as well as something to check for spyware type applications (like ad-aware
or hijackthis.)

If you boot to safe mode, do they work? (How to boot to safe mode:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315222 )
