>From your description, I can make two suggestions:
1. If you can, when you start the computer try pressing F8 (for the Windows
Boot options) and then select Safe Mode. Once you Windows has started, try
running your monitor program and active Rundll32.exe again...
2. If you can not start Windows in Safe Mode... The only thing I can suggest
is to either remove the HD and install it as the second drive in another
machine and get the data off it that way... or install a new primary HD in
your system and then get the at your important data that way...
