Error: 'local policy of the system doe not permit you to logon interactively

Dear friends

When I try to connect to my windows server 2003 through remote desktop
access following error comes
'local policy of the system doe not permit you to logon interactively;

However I can log the system through systme administrator password.

please help me out, thanks in advance
