Hi there,
I have setup 10 laptops to allow me to troubleshoot remotely and this
works well if I logon as Administrator.
The problem is if I logon as Administrator I cannot see what the user
sees and therefore am unable to sort out certain issues.
What would I change to allow me to logon remotely as the User (limited
account) in addition to retaining the ability to logon as Administrator
please?
I do not wish to give the User administration access for obvious
reasons.
I forgot to add you can add limited users to the Remote Desktop Users
Group. That way you could login as the specific limited user if want to
use Remote Desktop versus Remote Assistance or TeamViewer.
