Hi there,
I have setup 10 laptops to allow me to troubleshoot remotely and this
works well if I logon as Administrator.
The problem is if I logon as Administrator I cannot see what the user
sees and therefore am unable to sort out certain issues.
What would I change to allow me to logon remotely as the User (limited
account) in addition to retaining the ability to logon as Administrator
please?
I do not wish to give the User administration access for obvious
reasons.
Remote Assistance is what your looking for or a third-party application
like TeamViewer. Go to "Help and Support" and search on the string
"Remote Assistance" and/or go the the TeamViewer web site. TeamViewer is
free for personal use.
