Earlier today I set up a WinXP Pro computer to be accessed via Remote Desktop
Web Connection (following a Microsoft guide and forwarding the proper ports).
Afterwards attempting to connect to the computer using the method the guide
suggested (IP.IP.IP.IP:Port/tsweb/) yields the result:

The web page cannot be displayed. Most likely cause: Some content or files
on this webpage require a program that you don't have installed.

I've tried from both a WinXP Pro machine with the IIS services installed and
my home PC on XP Home without IIS. Neither IExplorer window asks me to
install the web connection ActiveX control that the microsoft guide detailed
would happen. Any ideas on what is happened, or more importantly what isn't
happening?
