I login to my old parents with "Remote Desktop" to watch them on the camera
but problem is that their IP address changes frequently. I need some
software that would email me every now and then their current address
automatically.
I know that there are services that do it also but I prefer a software or
some utility.
Is there some freeware(or shareware) doing that?

I currently use the free dynamic naming service from No-IP.com. I have also used DynDNS in the past. Both work equally well...
