Service Control (SC) Syntax help

Recieving error:
C:\>sc \\172.29.13.104 start MYSRVC2
[SC] OpenSCManager FAILED 5:
Access is denied.
Have tried using obj=, password=
sc \\172.29.13.104 start MYSRVC2 obj= jimh password= 1pacifiC
Any help GREATLY appreciated!
