Vpn Passthrough

Hi! We currently have a rideway station router with 25 vpn pptp connections
available through the router. We have a problem with people on the outside
vpn in into the network. The problem is that if there are two people on the
same network from the outside trying to get access to the vpn then one of
them will either get disconnected or get connected and only one can access
the network. I have read that we need nat traversal detection on our router.
However I have also read that the user on the other side needs to allow
multiple vpn passthroughs in their router. Am I understanding this right?

Thanks!
