I have been using remote desktop to access my home XP Pro machine for
several months with no problems. Recently, it has started asking to
connect to a dial-up network when using a browser because it thinks it
is offline. I can hit cancel and continue on but it is annoying! My home
ISP is at 5 Mb down/512 Kb up so speed should not be an issue. Also, it
happens when I connect from my Vista laptop within the LAN. Is there a
setting somewhere that needs changed?
