That is exactly how it is setup.

manual?'

The manual for your router:
http://snipurl.com/16e94
(User Guide)
From the OFFICE computer, you can connect to the router's configuration page(and change things given you know the username/password for the router..)
(Pages 11 and 12...)
"How to Access the Web-based Utility
----------------------------------------------------
To access the Web-based Utility of the Router, launch Internet Explorer or
Netscape Navigator, and enter the
Router's default IP address, http://192.168.1.1/, in the Address field.
Press the Enter key."
What you need to do now is:
1) Verify (by logging into the Linksys router and checking its
configuration) what its external IP (WAN/Internet) address is.
2) Verify (by logging into the Linksys router and checking its
configuration) that requests to port 3389 are set to forward to
the internal (private) IP address of your office computer.
Page 18 explains how you can use http://www.dyndns.org/ to get a dynamic
domain name assigned and maintained using the router...
Page 25 explains port forwarding...
