OK... Then look at using UltraVNC since XP Home can not act as a Remote
Desktop host. Get the host/server, client, encryption plug-in and XP video
driver (installed on the host/server only) from...

You would need to open TCP Port 5900 on any firewall/router your work PC is
behind. UltraVNC support can be found here...

You really need to contact your work network administrators about this
issue. If it is a legitimate need they will probably set you up with a

I am the network administrator at work. This is my first time at doing
this. I need to be able to sit at home and work like I was sitting at my
computer at work. I need a detailed instruction list on how to do this.
Both computers are XP Home not Pro.
