Note with Remote Desktop. You might consider a VPN if they simply need access to shared files/folders. I use OpenVPN to access shares on my small home LAN.

Is there any way to have more than one user connect to a workstation at the
same time? I have setup a PC that doctors will need to access from home. I've
setup Remote Desktop but they may need to access this PC at the same time to
view the databases. Is this possible?
