That is really not enough information.
You never stated how these machines are connected together (10/100/1000Mbit
network, through a NAT router to a cable modem, through a switch/hub to a
cable modem, etc.)
My 1st guess.. you have bought multiple IPs from an ISP and have a
switch/hub you are using and each machine gets an IP from the ISP. You'd -
in that case - be better off getting one static IP from the ISP and
purchasing some inexpensive home/office cable/dsl router/NAT device to
handle the handing out of private internal IP addresses. Also make sure you
have no settings on each machine's network (DNS settings, routes, etc) other
than those handed out by the NAT/router. That way internal traffic goes
across the network without having to go out the slower (unless you pay a LOT
of money each month) ISP connection and back in through the slower ISP
connection instead of just across the internal 100Mbit network.
If not - well - describe what you got, since my blueprints for your network
setup were lost in the mail. =)
