Look at the Network card properties (Control panel: system:
device
manager) . If there is a Power tab, look on it for a tick
next to
'allow ..to turn off to save power'. remove the tick.
Apply.

See if that helps.


Thanks, but I've already tried that and seems to make no
difference. It's a Realtech card.
