and they meay help delouse your system.

Employer will be delighted to see your letter. Make sure you speak to your
lawyer first to have all bases covered.

The US courts have ruled the employer must inform the employee (once
is sufficient) that COMPANY computer/network use is "subject to
monitoring.".

I have initialed this notice twice as "terms of employment". To my
knowledge they never actually monitored my use, only reserved their
"Right" to do so.
