NetMeeting Program Sharing and Whiteboard might work as an alternative...

NetMeeting is built-in to XP. To start the NetMeeting wizard go to "Start | Run" and type conf at
the command line.
Post additional questions concerning NetMeeting to the microsoft.public.internet.netmeeting news
group.
Beyond that their might be some commercial products available to do what you want, but being a home
user I can't point you to any. Perhaps someone else can...
