RDP only as Admin, not user, then OK after

OK, XP SP2, cannot login with RDP, black screen. (Reg.
user with admin priv.)
Then, log in as ADMIN, OK, all is 100%.
Then, log out as Admin, and login as USER w/admin priv.,
and all is OK.
Always works, never as user only admin (1st), then never an
issue to login as user.
Overview summary:
Why cannot one login to Remote Desktop 'normally' as a user
with administrator priveledges (only get a black screen and
hang), but if the Remote Desktop logs in is as
Administrator, it all works, then after logging out as
Administrator and all subsuquent attemts to login as any
user who is part of Admin Group will always work>
Odd, need resolve.
