I am attempting to use Remote Desktop to connect to a server within our domain. The response I get when connecting is: "The remote session was disconnected because the local computer's client access license could not be upgraded or renewed. Please contact the server administrator. We actually have 3 2003 Servers and I can connect to one of the three without any problem- the other two give me ths message above.
We have plenty of Terminal Server Cal's so the license shouldn't be the issue.
When it states the "local computer" is this the computer I am using or the one I am attempting to connect to? Is there any way to remove the CAL that is on the "local computer" and reinstall a new one?
I tried to post this msg earlier but have not seen it appear - sorry if this is a dupe.
Thanks, Devin
