I've had a similar problem using a shared tablet. Ideally I'd like to have everyone (10 people) use their regular network logons when they use the tablet, but for some reason, it caches only about 9. One of the 10 profiles fails to log on if disconnected from the network, giving the same error you have described. It's not always the same profile that has this problem. Are you still having this problem? Have you figured it out?
Thanks.
