rc on Clicking START-PROGRAMS-ACCESSORIES-SYSTEM TOOLS-SYSTEM INFORMATION
and select properties -> shortcut
The "target" should be something like:
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\MSInfo\msinfo32.exe"
The drive lette may be different.
If it is not pointing to the correct program, it won't start the
program you expect.
