Thank you. At the risk of pushing my luck, can you tell me
how to add or enter that information? I logged on WMI; it
enables me to change the namespace from root\default, but
when I enter root\cimv2, it gives me an error message.

I know I'm very close to fixing it, just not sure on the
last couple of steps.

Everyone wants to charge me no less than $80 just to look
at it...which is frustrating because I know I'm so close
to being able to fix it myself.
