Might be worth a try to do a system restore
to a time before you installed the Roxio
software.

And...maybe the following article would be
worth a look:

hi, john, thanks for the link to the microsoft guided help article --
unfortunately, i got message that "Guided Help can not be downloaded
right now". To your knowledge, have you encountered problems with
downloading ths program?

On restoring my computer to an earlier point -- prior to loading the
program in question, the restore facility for some reason doesn't give
me an option to go back prior to this event. Not sure why. any ideas on
that?
