Overlaying a still image on a video clip in WMM? Possible?

Am using Windows Movie Maker 2.1 on XP. I have a video clip with
audio, and wish to overlay a static image on top of it without
interrupting the audio. The video is someone performing a song, and
the still shot would be like a cutaway reaction shot that would appear
for a couple of seconds during the vid during the song.

Is there a way to do this (in Windows Movie Maker only please)? I
know you can overly titles, but images, such as jpgs? Does WMM let
you do this? Looked all over the web, and am having a hard time
finding the answer to this.

Thanks
.
