SISM650 Vedio card display issue

SYSTEM: WINXP SP2
Laptop: Compaq Presario 3017CL
Video Chip: SIS M650 (share memory 64M)

A few days ago, my laptop cannot display under 32 bit color although I set the display on 32 bit with 1280*1024. The display performance looks like 16 bit color even for video!

I update the driver, the problem is the same. However, when I uninstall the driver by using XP default "VGA" driver, the display performance is normal as 32 bit color. But, under this driver, the AGP and direct 3D is available. I cannot watch DVD or video.

I checked the memory card. No change. If I load the M650 driver, the display turn bad. What is the possible cause?
