Help, please, for a non-techno amateur!============================
I took a couple of video cliups with a digital camera and now wish to
email them to family.
They are avi, having had to rotate the clips from My Pictures using
VirtualDub. This was recommended as the only way to rotate the
clips. They open up OK on my laptop with Media Player and Realplayer
Gmail will not send them as attachments (Error code 008) and I have
now transferred all picture files to Picasa. However, with Picasa
they only email as a single photograph, not a video clip.
Help please - in words of one syllable, if possible!
Many thanks.
Try uploading the files to the following
site and send your recipients the link
for downloading them.
"YouSendIt"
http://www.yousendit.com/
All you have to do is enter an e-mail
address in the Recipient field and
click the browse button to select the
file you wish to upload. Then click the
"Send It" button.
The next screen that appears will give
you the download link. Just copy/paste
it into the message to your recipients.
