Does video you play from your hard drive display correctly?

Have you reinstall the latest drivers for your graphics card or onboard
graphics chipset from the manufacturer's website?

Have you run a disk cleanup recently? Run a defrag? Run a full antivirus
scan?

About a month ago approximately 90% of the internet video I attempted to
view
has become distorted? The only way I can describe it is as "color
chrome."
I can see the basic shapes, and the sound is fine, it just looks like an
acid
trip from the 70's. Please help I'm having WIMP withdrawls.
