Some DVDs have that on them. I think it's
on the Terminator 3 DVD (for example).
Maybe you could go to...My Computer..
Right click the icon for your DVD drive and
from the menu...choose...Properties / AutoPlay tab...open the drop window...
choose...DVD Movie...
Tick...Select an action to perform...
Select the Decoder you wish to play
your movies with / Apply / OK.
