running.Pitch the software youre useing,so long as youre video card has up
to date drivers or youre tv capture card has the drivers for it.Download

WM encoder 9 series,get the utilitys also,all but adobe,unless you use
that.The
encoder + WMCAP utility will let you view and record anything youre
line-in
is
playing.Actually it has no policy for protected video,only cds and dvds
played thru
youre computer.
