I suspect that overlays are not enabled on the second monitor, if your
using an ATI card do this: Display Properties > Settings > Advanced >
Overlay (warning may apear, egnore it) > Theater mode options... >
Same on all. If your using a nVidia card I carnt help (havent used
nVidia in ages).
