Firmware update for Mat****a UJDA360 CD RW DRIVE

I am trying to use NERO's InCD4 software to format CDs to enable me to
copy files from Windows Explorer and backups from programs such as
Microsoft Outlook for using both on my laptop and my desktop computers.
The desktop runs Windows 2000 SP4 and the laptop runs XP SP1 (I'm
afraid to install SP2 with all the horror stories I've heard).

I've had trouble with the laptop corrupting files I've copied from the
desktop and NERO's tech support advises updating the firmware on both
computers. I've done this on the desktop but can't find a source for
firmware updates for Mat****a (same as Panasonic?).

Can anyone help me locate a source for updating this firmware?
