wmv files on website...

I'm publishing a number of small (less than 1mb) video files on my website
(http://www.duckspool.com/goldfield/video/loco_motion%20index.htm), not
using an active x control.
They play fine on various XP machines so far under IE 6x, but either show as
icons or not at all on a 98SE machine with IE 6x... - Is that reasonable?
Can I get them to show on Win98SE machines?
