RE: Stuck in safe mode trying to re-install XP

I have rebooted with the origional OEM CD in the drive but it is stuck in
safe mode and unable to utilise set-up. I need to get into MS-CONFIG to get
out of safe boot.

It has to boot from the CD/DVD drive(XP disk already inside the drive)

Load files, and make sure that you delete the existing XP partition, format
install.
