NTLDR missing message witht the old drive. It was freezing and
making noises so that is why I decided to put in a new hard drive.
Any suggestions would appreciated.

Is the Primary partition that contains the boot files (ntldr, boot.ini,
and ntdetect.com) marked "active"? (You can check that with
Disk Management.) If not, the MBR won't be able to find ntldr.

Does the device at the head of the Boot Sequence (in the BIOS)
contain a disk? If so, the MBR of the booting HD won't be found.
