Oh shut up Andrew! Instead of spewing your nonsense why don't you provide concrete proof (in the form of links to Microsoft literature) that supports the upgrade notions in your confused mind. Once and for all if you cannot provide proof to your claims STFU!

The reason the OP can't upgrade is because he is using an OEM version, and, as explained by Nepatsfan, OEM versions cannot do upgrades.
