Bios keys are usually, delete, F1, F2, F10. Consult the support section of the Toshiba website for info on your particular unit.

I am trying to format an older computer to put Windows XP on it, but I cannot
figure out how to get to the BIOS to tell it to look for the CD drive first.
When I first start it up, the cd drive makes a noise like it might be about
to start, but I don't know if that is a normal startup noise or not. Isn't
there a way to format the computer from a command prompt? And does anyone
know which key to push on startup to get to the BIOS of a Toshiba Tecra? Any
help is greatly appreciated.
