Re: Activation of Windows XP after major Crash

At long last I managed to speak to a human being. In going through the
discussion, I was able to resolve the issue and the XP Home edition is now
validated.
I was appalled by Microsoft's automated service. No options were given at
all to speak to a person. Just the comment go and buy a legitimate version.
No replies from the posting of the diagnostic log other than speak on the
telephone.
Glad its all over and thanks for suggestions.

I have undertaken the diagnostic check - following a clean installation as I.
was locked out. MS still will not allow activation through the internet &
automated telephone.
The results of the diagnostics have been posted and I am awaiting a reply.
Not certain how long this takes.
For info the log is:

| This is scandalous when the problem ids Microsoft.

| Can anyone help as the system from the PC just goes to the automated service.
