Contact the manufacturer of said software.
Make sure you are a member of the local administrators group...
Start button --> RUN --> cmd --> OK
net localgroup administrators
<enter>
Is your username listed? If not (or if you cannot run the command) --> then
you are not logged in with administrative privileges.
