Office11 is Microsoft Office 2003. SETUP.CHM is a help file.

Ose.exe is the Office Source Engine. Run by Setup.exe to copy installation
files from the source to a local installation source on the user's computer.
Ose.exe is also used for Microsoft Office updates.
