Is it possible to add Microsoft hotfixes and updates directly to riprep image ?

Is it somehow done by answer file ? Surfed the web for over 2 hours and
only have found how to add hotfixes to a RIS image and how to add
drivers to a riprep.

I hope someone can help me :)
