"Don't use Volume License media to install the initial Microsoft Windows
license on a new PC. Microsoft Volume License Agreements offer operating
system upgrades only. "
So, what do we do if the OEM copy contains: AOL, Norton, Works, Sonic (no
not the hedgehog, the one that knackers XP's CD-writing!) Bonzi Buddy,
etc,
etc.. ? Are we supposed to run the volume install on top of this
foistware?
Or do as I do, and forget volume licensing, just use the OEM license to do
a
clean install. Cheaper anyway.
