Changes in sysprep for XP SP2 now copies the admin-profile to the
default user profile during sysprep mini-setup. If you would like the
old sysprep behaviour you can request a hotfix for rhis.

Hi,
I am creating an image using Sysprep. For our own reasons we are
invoking the mini-setup wizard when it reboots. I need to be able to set
the desktop settings (ie: no wallpaper, specific color schemes, etc) when
the users log on for the first time. How can I do this? I tried adjusting
all the settings in a user profile, and then copy it to the default user
profile, but it still comes up with that god-awful wallpaper.
Thanks,
